Shipping

Where we ship and what it costs

We ship to the United States, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

How long it takes

Orders are packed and dispatched by our fulfillment partner, usually within 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates, counted from your order:

• United States: 7–14 business days
• Australia: 8–15 business days
• New Zealand: 10–18 business days
• Canada: 10–20 business days

They’re estimates, not promises: customs, holidays and the odd postal meltdown can add time.

Where it ships from

Pairs ship from our partner’s warehouses: from within your region where stock allows, otherwise internationally. An order with several pairs may arrive in more than one parcel.

Tracking

We email your tracking number when your order ships, and it’s always on your order page (the link in your confirmation email). International tracking can take a few days to start updating.

Duties and taxes

We collect any sales tax or GST we’re required to. Any other import duties or charges your country applies on delivery are the buyer’s responsibility.

Late or lost parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived 10 business days after the end of its delivery estimate, tell us through your order page. We’ll chase it with the carrier, and if it’s lost we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Wrong address or unclaimed parcels

Check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or it wasn’t collected, we’ll resend it once you confirm the address, and we may ask you to cover the cost of sending it again.
